Cooke School students will have opportunities throughout the school year to participate in Special Olympics.

Specific information will be sent home when opportunities arise. Special Olympics requires that students be at least 8 years of age to participate. In order to participate, there are online forms must be completed and one form will need to be filled out by the athlete's Doctor. Please note these forms are not Northville Public School forms. These are Special Olympics requirements for the students to participate. Any practice will be held during the school day at Cooke.

How to Become a Special Olympics Athlete

1. Fill out the online forms on the Special Olympics website.
2. Print a copy of the physical form for your doctor to fill out.
3. Once the physical is complete, send it to Meredith Moran to upload to Special Olympics.
