New Student Enrollment

Cooke School is a special education center program that services students from twelve local school districts in Western Wayne County. Our population includes students ages 3 through 26 years old, who are severely cognitively impaired, severely multiply impaired, and students
dual-diagnosed with a cognitive and emotional impairment. The special education center program is funded by the Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency and operated by Northville Public Schools.

If you have completed your child's/student's Intake IEP, please complete the PRE-ENROLLMENT with the link below. 
The following is to be completed by the school district representative that is referring a student to Cooke School. 
Please reference the Cooke School Referral Process Checklist (attached below) to ensure you have all required documentation.
